TERMS & AGREEMENT

GENERAL

 

The Studio Kolere web shop, with it’s headquarters in Mechelen, BTW BE0833724601 sells handmade bags & belts.

 

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Studio Kolere and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of the buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Studio Kolere, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Studio Kolere.
 

Studio Kolere composes their website and product range with the utmost care. Yet it is possible that the provided information may contain errors or is not up to date. The colours of the pictures may differ slightly from the actual colours of the products. If you have any questions about the size, colour, availability or delivery options don’t hesitate to contact Studio Kolere.

 

PRICE


Every product is shown including tax. Shipment, reservation or other costs can be found at the "Shipping & return" page, check out or can be requested via e-mail or a dm on social media via Mie. The indicated prices refer to the product as described in the accompanying text. 

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the chosen products and the delivery address (domestic or international).

If the delivery address is outside the European union, please note that shipments are always bound with an incoming tax. Unfortunately Studio Kolere is unable to disclose the exact amount of this tax, because these are different for each country. You can find out the tax amount with the customs office of your country.

 

Special offers are only valid during the period as stated on the website regarding this special offer.
 

 

PAYMENT

 

Orders can be paid in the following ways:
- Cash at pick up.
- Payment via the Payconic app at our Studio Kolere store.
- Payment in advance by bank transfer.
- Payments online are possible via Paypal, KBC/CBC, Belfius, ING, IDEAL & Bancontact 
 

 

DELIVERY

​

All products can either be picked up personally from our Studio Kolere store in  Mechelen, or be delivered by BPost or personal delivery service (7KM around the shop (located in Mechelen) or a shipping company.

If you choose to pick up your purchases personally, you will be able to pick up your order during our opening hours of Studio Kolere Store or Kaffee-Ine Espressobar. You will receive all necessary information via e-mail after your order has been confirmed. Please allow 3 days to receive this mail (I spend a day or 2 off once in a while). If you haven’t heard from me by then, please contact  either via a dm on social media or e-mail. 

If you wish to have your order delivered in Belgium please inform us your delivery address. You will receive all necessary information via e-mail right after your order has been accepted. The shipping costs, delivery dates and delivery service may vary depending on different products.  

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Studio Kolere’s return policy period is 14 days.

Studio Kolere shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 14 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. Depending on the reason of return Studio Kolere might pay to send replacement products and/or services. 

In your message to us you must inform us for the reason of return + the ordernumber. The return period is counted from the day we shipped the product. Please send a return request within 3 days after uou received the parcel. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day Studio Kolere has informed you about the product.

 When returning a product:

-You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. The item/items must be returned in an original condition in the original packaging.

-You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigating the product does not qualify for the return policy.

We strongly recommend to check the goods upon the arrival. If the piece is not to your liking, our personal delivery service can take it back and you will be refunded for your order (excl. the shipping cost). If the product(s) were delivered by another delivery company or ‘bpost’, please check the product when the delivering company employee is still present. If there is something wrong with the product, write that down together with the delivery company.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Personal data is treated confidentially by Studio Kolere.

The personal data is used to:

  1. Process the order, the payment and to deliver the products to the correct delivery address.

  2. Bring you updates over Studio Kolere, via newsletters. If you wish you can always unsubscribe. 

Information will not be passed to a third party.
